What? I know. Clothes. There are some really simple to make but great gift ideas in the clothing department. Take for instance this little outfit I made for my girl:
I sewed the top in less than an hour (free pattern here)
I crocheted the sweater (free pattern here)
I crocheted the flower (free pattern here but I only did to #4), sewed a yoyo in the middle, and added a crocheted chain to make the headband.
WELL, you say, making clothes for little girls is nice and all, but I have big men, or small men, or big girls to make gifts for. I have some great news! There are plenty of free and not free patterns to make clothes with. It doesn’t have to be sewn. It could be crocheted or knitted; or a t-shirt makeover; or whatever else you can think of. Here are some clothing ideas and links to some great patterns.
