There are quite a few tutorials out there, but it’s simple just cutting circle like shapes from materials like tulle, chiffon, silk, organza, etc. in different sizes. Then run the edges over a candle flame. Finally sew them together how you like them. I like to add beads to the middle. It’s fun creating them and they are so beautiful.
