So what did I do? I found an ornament hanger, bent it to resemble a needle, and put a small piece of tape on the end so the it would go through the crocheted yarn smoothly.
Success!!!! And I didn’t have to go anywhere ๐

Just chuckling…
So something I would do myself. I spend 3-7 hrs in car a day carpooling and extracurricular activities.
If I forget something and am “done” for the day…you can’t drag me out of the house!!!
It makes you rethink many a project!
I like this! And I empathize with the idea of not wanting to go anywhere!
A real McGyver!!!! he he
I use bobby pins! I can never seem to find my yarn needle when I need it.
Awesome! I’ve always just used a crochet hook, but that’s a great idea!
Thanks for the reminder that it’s possible to do things regardless of whether you have the “normal” tools or not. I have a few projects that need the ends weaving in on, and I lost my darning needle last week!!! Your post was so timely! LOL Think I might go finish them off now. ๐
